Ron brings more than 30 years of experience spanning electrical engineering, manufacturing operations, customer support, service organizations, ERP and technology transformation, organizational change, business readiness, and executive program leadership.
Throughout his career, Ron has consistently been selected for roles with increasing responsibility, leadership scope, and business impact. His background spans technical, commercial, operational, hands-on, and executive leadership positions, providing a unique perspective that helps organizations connect strategy, execution, engineering judgment, organizational readiness, and sustainable results.
In addition to extensive corporate leadership experience, Ron has firsthand experience launching, operating, and scaling a new business from the ground up.
